Overview
The 4UZY-100 is a wheeled self-propelled potato harvester powered by a 100 HP Quanchai National-IV diesel engine with hydraulic stepless drive. With a 1000 mm working width, scraper-knife digging head, multi-stage grid-chain conveyor and ton-bag collection with a lift back tilt discharge plate, it offers a compact and maneuverable single-row harvesting platform for medium-acreage growers.

Wheeled self-propelled platform
2 driving + 2 steering wheels with 2095 mm wheelbase and 230 mm ground clearance give a stable, highly maneuverable chassis suited to single-row potato fields.
Multi-stage grid-chain conveying
Three-stage conveyor with 50/45/45 mm chain clearances and 55CrSi chain bars separates soil and crop progressively before reaching the sorting platform.
Hydraulic stepless travel drive
Hydraulic stepless transmission with high/empty/low job gears provides smooth speed control between 5–20 km/h on road and field.
Ton-bag collection with lift discharge
On-board ton-bag collection paired with a lift back tilt plate enables fast, low-damage transfer of harvested potatoes for transport.
