Overview
The 4UZL-110 is a self-propelled crawler potato harvester designed for growers who need an integrated digging, conveying, cleaning, collecting and unloading solution in one machine. With a 1100 mm working width, 1 m³ collection box, hydraulic drive system and 200 HP Weichai power package, it targets higher-capacity harvesting while maintaining flotation and stability on uneven or softer ground.
Key features
Self-propelled crawler chassis
Crawler undercarriage with 1250 mm track center spacing improves traction, flotation and stability compared with wheeled tractor-mounted diggers.
Integrated cleaning and collection
The machine combines a digger blade, grid-chain conveyor, vibrating wheel and impurity-removal roller before crop enters the 1 m³ collection box.
Hydraulic stepless drive
Hydraulic drive and stepless transmission support high, medium and low travel ranges with forward and reverse control for field adaptation.
Vehicle-loading discharge
Collected crop can be discharged up to 1900 mm height for direct transfer onto transport vehicles in the field.
