Overview
The 1GKNM is HONGYOU / MAITESIKE's medium-high box rotary tiller series, three-point-mounted to 30 – 150 HP tractors across seven working widths from 1400 mm up to 2500 mm. A self-developed welded frame raises overall rigidity, while the cast-steel gearbox uses a spline-disc link to the cutter shaft for tool-free service. The main shaft is built from national-standard seamless steel pipe with a quenched-and-tempered 45# spline shaft, and the in-house improved C-blade bank in opposite-spiral arrangement (36 – 68 blades depending on model) loosens soil evenly across the full working width to a 120 – 180 mm depth, with anti-grass-winding and anti-dust devices protecting the cutter-shaft bearings.

Cast-steel gearbox housing transmits high PTO torque; the spline-disc connection to the cutter shaft enables tool-free assembly and disassembly for fast service.
National-standard seamless cutter shaft
Main shaft is national-standard seamless steel pipe with a 45# quenched-and-tempered spline shaft, giving the rotor torsional strength and a long service life.
Improved C-blade rotor in opposite-spiral arrangement
In-house improved blade bank arranges 36 – 68 C-blades in opposing helices to balance shaft loading and pulverise soil evenly across the full working width.
Anti-grass-winding & anti-dust bearings
Cutter-shaft bearings are fitted with dedicated anti-grass-winding and dust-prevention devices, protecting the seals during stubble and dusty operation.
Seven widths matched to 30 – 150 HP
1400 / 1500 / 1600 / 1800 / 2000 / 2300 / 2500 mm working widths cover everything from 30 HP utility tractors through 150 HP heavy machines.
