Overview
The 11JSA series is a pulled stone picker designed for rocky farmland reclamation. Both 11JSA-120 and 11JSA-150 use a bucket-teeth shovel knife, hydraulic conveyor and vibrating screen cleaning system to lift stones, separate soil and collect material into a rear box for back dumping. The 120 and 150 models share 1200 mm working width, 0.13–0.2 ha/h field efficiency and ≥80 HP tractor matching, with the 150 offering a larger chassis and 1.12 m³ box capacity.

Bucket-teeth shovel knife
Cast steel digging tips cut below the surface and lift mixed soil and stones into the cleaning section.
Hydraulic transfer conveyor
Hydraulic conveyor system keeps material flow stable from digging section to screen and collection box.
Vibrating screen cleaning
Fine soil falls back through the vibrating screen while stones continue rearward for collection.
Grid chain separation
50.8 mm grid chain spacing supports aggressive cleaning while maintaining throughput.
Back-dump collection box
Rear collection box empties quickly at 1600 mm discharge height for field-side unloading.
Two capacity options
Choose 11JSA-120 for 0.8 m³ collection volume or 11JSA-150 for a larger 1.12 m³ box and heavier-duty frame.
