Overview
The 1GMZ-110 is a three-point-mounted single-row ridger that integrates rotary tillage, fertilizer placement, ridge shaping and mulch-film covering in one pass. With a 1100 mm working width, 480 kg frame and adjustable 200–300 mm tillage depth, it forms a 255 mm high ridge (350–550 mm top / 600–800 mm base) and accepts 1000–1200 mm mulch film at 0.13–0.2 ha/h behind any 40+ HP tractor.

Three-point suspension
530 mm matching hanging width fits standard tractor linkages from 40 HP up.
Heavy rotary tillage section
24 IT225 blades in double-helix arrangement loosen soil across the full 1100 mm width with adjustable 200 – 300 mm depth.
Adjustable ridge profile
Ridge top 350–550 mm, base 600–800 mm and height 255 mm — sized for potato, sweet potato and vegetable beds.
Integrated fertilizer hopper
0.12 m³ fertilizer tank places fertilizer into the ridge during forming.
Film-cover frame
Twin film reels, tucking discs and depth wheels lay 1000 – 1200 mm mulch film in the same pass.
Pressing roller finish
Rear pressing roller compacts the ridge for a smooth seedbed before film cover.
